Hi all
As you can read in transcript of last IRC Meeting Im trying to make a
list of tasks and issues for next collaborative world scenery generation.
I posted two examples of (real) tasks.
- Digitizing/Tools: Preparing Quantum GIS templates along current scenery
classification, simplifying starters gateway
- Reasearch/Canada: Allocate Canvec features to current scenery landcover
classes
http://code.google.com/p/flightgear-world-scenery/issues/detail?id=2
Now I am inviting especially Martin Spott to fill in tasks. This will help
to get overview what is needed for scenery resources improvements.
(Martin, it is not meant as a tracker of what YOU have to work on, beware.
It is meant to delegate work and to get an overview of all the steps
needed to move forward).
Thanks a lot, Yves
BTW 1: I dont need to be owner and single user of this tracker ;-) I
invite everyone engaged in scenery topics to participate and help to fill
the tracker. I invite especially our hard working gplv2 custom scenery
creators to use this tracker, it will help to get an overview of custom
scenery "in process". And not losing any piece of shapes in an unknown
hole.
BTW 2: Yes, I am reading all scenery related topics at the forums (which
acts as a tracker already I guess, yes, some kind of, but forum !=
tracker), reading also at core issue tracker and the mailing list. This is
very time consuming and I apologize in advance that is is not possible for
me to get overview in a few days.
